Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the items received, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us beforehand at hello@seoulbeautystore.com

In order for the goods to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

• The goods must be purchased within 14 days of the purchase date

• The goods must be in their original packaging unsealed and unopened

PLEASE NOTE: You are liable for the postage fee to return the product to us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you use an insured/trackable mail service. 

If, in the event the incorrect address has been inputted at checkout, you will be liable for the postage costs for the items to be resent (once the item has been returned). We will not be liable for any items incorrectly sent to an address which has been mistakenly entered at checkout.
